UPDATED: WSJ Reporting Roche/DNA Deal Close

The WSJ is now reporting that a deal announcement could come as soon as the close of trading today, so that’s in about 90 minutes. The companies were in discussions all weekend and deal was close earlier although some people had some bad sentiment. So, there’s still a chance it could be a no-go.
On Friday, one analyst asked DNA investors if they would accept Roche’s latest offer – 71% said yes. About one half believed this was Roche’s final offer. Stay tuned…
