The pair announced a deal worth up to $500 million for Catalyst’s Factor VIIa products to treat hemophilia and other bleeding conditions. Geron announced a lucrative deal with GE, NVAX signed a deal with Spain’s ROVI Pharmaceuticals, VICL said its swine flu (H1N1) vaccine was highly effective in pre-clinical studies.
