Jake Gyllenhaal to Star in Viagra Salesman Movie

Brokeback Mountain actor and Reese Witherspoon’s significant other, Jake Gyllenhaal, is set to star in the movie adaptation of Jamie Reidy’s nonfiction book “Hard Sell: The Evolution of a Viagra Salesman.”
The movie, which will be titled “Love and Other Drugs,” will tell the story of author Jamie Reidy’s time as a Pfizer sales rep, during which he pushed the now famous drug Viagra on docs and nurses. The story deals with Reidy’s ups and downs while he questions the marketing practices of Pfizer.
In the movie, Gyllenhaal will star opposite Anne Hathaway, who will be his love interest and whose character is diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease.
Hmmm…straight to DVD??

Can’t believe you don’t remember Pfizer’s golden age!!! Back in the late summer of 1998, there were at least 15 minutes that were absolutely golden.
