Have any of you looked at 8K statements of Biotech’s and wondered why the management team gets extraordinary bonuses for tanking the stock, making risk laden decisions, firing the people who do the work AND cut bonuses of those who remain?
Or is it just me????
Its not you! Execs are greedy and sometimes stupid. There’s no incentive in the system for doing anything for the long term health of the company. Laying off is a short term stock boost. That laying off does years worth of damage to the system doesnt matter to the execs.
