Dendreon (DNDN) is down 40% two hours ahead of the scheduled presentation at AUA. WTF??? What’s going on??? This is crazy!!

Two weeks after making history and sending its stock up 200%+, Dendreon is set to present the full PROVENGE data today at American Urological Association annual meeting. Dendreon will discuss the details of the Phase 3 IMPACT study of PROVENGE (sipuleucel-T) in men with advanced prostate cancer which met its primary endpoint of improving overall survival compared to a placebo control (i.e. equal to or greater than 22% difference).

The presentation will be at 2:20PM CST/3:20PM EST. Although there will most likely be a press release before and immediately after the presentation, Dendreon will also be hosting a webcast from the convention at 4:30PM CST, 530PM EST. Details for dialing in can be found right here.
