• IguanaBio will confirm receipt of rebate information within 48 hours.

GENERAL

1. IguanaBio reserves the right to audit all rebate claims to ensure that the requirements of the promotion have been met;

2. IguanaBio reserves the right to confirm the identification of claimants and rebate information. Where IguanaBio determines that claimant is not eligible for the promotion, or that the rules of the promotion have not been fully complied with, that the service has been purchased for a separate entity or other evidence of fraudulent conduct or abuse of the promotion, IguanaBio and Biovays reserves the right to deny the rebate claim or to require the claimant to return the rebate amount.

3. The submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent rebate information may result in disqualification from this promotion and from future IguanaBio promotions. The submission of false, misleading or fraudulent rebate information may result in the claimant being subject to civil or criminal liability.

4. Incomplete rebate information will be rejected as non-eligible, with a notice emailed to the customer within five (5) business days of receipt. Incomplete rebate information may be resubmitted at any time during the promotion. “Incomplete” is defined as missing total cost, missing rebate code or lack of subscription to the IguanaBio Daily Newsletter.

5. IguanaBio represents itself as a third party promotional entity and is not responsible for services rendered by Biovays. IguanaBio shall not be held responsible for any disputes, legal or otherwise, that should arise between parties.

6. To be eligible for Biovays rebate, customers must be currently subscribed to the IguanaBio Daily Newsletter.

7. Rebate payment is made by Biovays; IguanaBio is not responsible for any delays, losses or legal disputes arising from such offers or claims.
